Thank You For A Successful RVGA Spring Forward Campaign and Open House!

We are delighted to report that  from Earth Day through Memorial Day, our Spring Forward campaign raised over $4,000 in donations and pledges.  We are so grateful to all our  supporters,  including  our sponsor the Rondout Esopus Land Conservancy, who generously donated $500 towards gas costs for our Farm to Food Pantry truck . Thank you for enabling us go the extra mile to serve our some of the most vulnerable members of our community!

We had a great time meeting with neighbors and growers during our Open House  on May 17th, and listening to the sweet string notes produced by Jim Marks and Jeff Crane of The Shoestring Band.  They will be headlining our 2017 Harvest Hoedown again this year on September 23rd, so Save The Date!

May 17th was also the day we launched our partnership with the ARC of Ulster-Greene starting our student-built kitchen garden project . Tune in for plant progress reports throughout the summer! All produce will be donated to our Farm to Food Pantry program.
