Westwind’s Orchard & Cidery Tour & Tasting

Our first Orchard and Cidery Tour! The Spring Tour will be led by Fabio and begin with a walk amongst the trees where he will be sharing the Orchard’s backstory and discussing our methods of grafting, pruning & our biointensive approach to growing apples. Starting with seven varieties of sweet eating apples, he has transitioned the land into a diverse orchard with over seventy cider varieties (and he’s still planting!)

We’ll then make our way back to the cidery where we will talk about our low intervention process of making cider, from harvesting to bottling, while sharing tastings straight from our tanks and barrels.
