Turning the Tables – Harvest Bowl Master Class

To learn how to make a delicious Harvest Bowl,  join Marsha Sebro, Nutrition Educator at CCE, and Maria Reidelbach for  a free online class. We begin with a visit to Kelder’s Farm in Kerhonkson, where they grow over 50 you-pick fruits and vegetables on 100 gorgeous acres of famed Unadilla soil. Chris Kelder will share his favorite crops, the best way to eat sweet corn,  and Marsha and Maria will explore the fields on a beautiful early autumn day.

This class is planned so that you can prep your bowl along with us, or just watch. If you want to join in, check out the master recipe in advance and select your ingredients.
