Shiitake Mushroom Workshop

Come join Seed Song’s own fungi’s Landon and Nathaniel for a casual, hands-on shiitake mushroom cultivation workshop! We will cover everything you need to know to grow these tasty mushrooms, including equipment needed, inoculating and maintaining logs, and harvesting. Each participant will get hands-on experience drilling and inoculating logs, and will leave with a fully inoculated log at the end of the workshop!
