RVGA’s 19th Annual Harvest Hoedown, Celebrating the “International Year of the Woman Farmer”
September 3 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Our Harvest Hoedown is back for its 19th year, and we’ll observe the “International Year of the Woman Farmer” with a special portrait installation in honor of our Ulster County Women Farmers, spearheaded by the office of County Executive Jen Metzger.
Join us at the Marbletown Town Park (aka Tongore Park) in Stone Ridge to celebrate the people who grow our food, the harvest season, and our amazing community of supporters with a good old-fashioned Hoedown!
Our Harvest Hoedown has fun for the whole family, including:
- Local food and drink
- Live music and dancing – great fun for experts and beginners alike, and people of all ages
- Entertaining kids’ activities

This rain-or-shine event is a wonderful way to have fun and support local agriculture and the RVGA’s programs. So bring your family, tell your friends, and join us for a great time.
Be a volunteer. It’s fun and easy! Simply sign up for a shift (or two) and enjoy the rest of the Hoedown as our guest, including free food and an RVGA T-shirt.
