Learn how to make herbal infused vinegar, fire cider and compound butter
Join me at the wonderful Clove Valley Farm as we make herbal infused vinegars and compound butter. Compound butter is when we add herbs to our very own homemade butter. If you’re not able to eat dairy, let us know and we will have olive oil + coconut oil available for you. Everyone will take home their creations. After class, join us for a warm bowl of soup.
