Egg Frittata (Healthy Cooking Class)

Travel the world and in almost every country, you’ll find a version of the frittata (the Italian word for this eggy dish), that’s how delightful and easy they are. Use whatever veg you’ve got, some eggs, onions or garlic, herbs and oil. It takes about a half-hour and you can serve it warm or room temp, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Five home cooks will receive a Lodge cast iron skillet for their future fritattas.
