Egg Frittata Cooking Class – Free Via Zoom

We will visit Kathy Puffer at Hudson Valley Vertical Farms in Tilson and find out what makes her laying hens scratch! Melinda Hertzog and I will show how to create savory frittatas that can be made from ingredients that you already have on hand. You can watch and ask questions or, if you like, make your frittata along with us. If you want to join in, check out our master recipe in advance and select your ingredients.
