Catskill Wagyu Farm-to-Table Dinner

Join them for an intimate farm-to-table dinner at Hilltop Farm-Catskill Wagyu. Cocktails will be served on their hill, with transport via hay wagon, were (weather permitting) you will savor a simple charcuterie, drinks, and sunset over the Catskills. After cocktails, a special 4-course dinner, created to highlight their Wagyu beef, will be hosted in their barn, prepared by Chef Zach Berger. Each course will feature carefully selected wine pairings.
