Beginner Mushroom Identification with Maria Pinto

July 20 @ 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Come take a walk through the trees where we’ll learn about the habits and “jobs” of the fungi we find! We’ll discuss what mushrooms are, learn how to target hunts to find specific species, go over best practices for collection, work with dichotomous keys, and more! Come prepared to explore slowly and do some close looking.
